About My Journey:
My path to becoming a sex and intimacy coach wasn't straightforward. Like many, I faced cultural and religious hurdles, along with personal struggles with body image and shame, that initially blocked my path to pleasure. But, I've experienced profound healing and transformation. This personal journey fueled my desire to help others build better relationships with themselves and others, leading me to coaching.

"For over 15 years, I've worked in private practice as a Sexological Bodyworker and Somatic Sex Educator, specializing in the transformative power of touch. My work is deeply rooted in Tantra, Taoism, and Body Centered Psychotherapy, emphasizing the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit.
My training began with Charla Hathaway, whose advocacy for unashamed sensuality resonated deeply. I then studied the work of Joseph Kramer, founder of The Body Electric School and Sexological Bodywork. I furthered my expertise in Somatic Sex Education and Taoist Erotic Massage under Celeste and Danielle, founders of the Somatica Method. These rigorous experiences solidified my belief in the intrinsic link between touch and well-being.
In my early practice, I focused on prostate massage and coaching for erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Later, I embraced a more sensual, Tantric approach, recognizing the power of Kundalini energy to activate the body’s chakras and enhance sensuality and healing.

Somatic Sex Education empowers individuals to explore new dimensions of pleasure, integrating the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of their lives. I also specialize in supporting those who have experienced challenging relationships marked by sexual abuse, manipulation, coercion, porn addiction, or sexual withholding.
My aim is to provide education and empowerment, fostering healthy boundaries and facilitating healing.
Drawing upon my expertise in somatic healing, breathwork, Tantra, and bodywork, I understand the profound impact of abuse on intimate relationships.
Conventional methods often fall short due to underlying issues. This led me to integrate bodywork with Shadow Work, enabling individuals to break free from toxic patterns, heal emotionally and physically, cultivate self-love, establish healthy boundaries, and achieve personal growth.
My training in Social Work at University provided a solid foundation for my therapy work, focusing on pleasure and health. I'm currently contemplating completing my Master’s Degree to explore the transformative potential of Psychedelic Therapy.
I believe my diverse background and ongoing learning allow me to guide you towards a more fulfilling and authentic experience of yourself.
