The Eastern world has a deep understanding of the physical and energetic body that is linked to it because this region has a long history of spirituality and mysticism.


The activation of chakras started in the 1900s with the teachings of people who distinguished different chakras. Western science is now finding out that there is energy and power in chakras and shows there are healing benefits that are still unknown.


The Eastern world naturally senses energy and its movements in their daily life. Therefore, their view of energy is similar to how energy flows in the human body. Their wisdom has existed for thousands of years and is not based on modern science. Our lives are completely in harmony, and our health is optimal when our chakras are in balance. On the other hand, when a chakra becomes blocked, we eventually experience emotional distress or disease.
