Service Description

This session allows me to connect with you and your unique intentions. I will guide you to deep breathing and surrender, releasing stress and negativity. Relax, and let me gently nurture you through the experience. Here, we'll learn to cultivate conscious presence, explore and feel into your chakras, and awaken the energy centers within your body. You'll leave feeling both grounded and open. *Prerequisite for all other sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Payment can be made via Cash, Venmo, CashApp, Credit Card. Sessions are all up to time meaning they start at the appointed time and end at the appointed time there is no rolling over or splitting of session times.
